Service Bulletin 69 has been published. This bulletin, outlined in three PDFs, deals with relocation of seat-belt attach points to improve safety. GA considers this SB as MANDATORY.
Was there a specific event that prompted this adherence to the circular and glancing at that circular, it appears that the shoulder restraints are not at an optimum angle either. What do others think?
